I use alot of different shops over the road, but its nice to find a shop with real mechanic's who KNOW what they are doing!

We just had an employment related experience with Keilers. My husband had an interview and decided to accept a position elsewhere. He called to let them know and Brian called him back to ask what he could offer better for future applicants. He was genuinely interested in what it took to make his business a better place to work. This says a lot to me, as a business manager and a consumer, about the way this company conducts themselves. That is truly rare. If are this respectful with potential employees, I can only imagine how they are with employees and clients. I wish I was a mechanic, I'd be running. Let me know if you ever need office help guys. I'd be yours in a heartbeat and I'm good at what I do. ;)

Our family started our vacation last Thursday before breaking down, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we got on the road as quickly as possible. It is always a great sight to see great customer service! I will be using you in the future for service needs.

Excellent Shop, need a lot more like this. I am from Out of town and needed My Thermo King Reefer serviced and trailer airbag valve replaced. Quick to get in compared to the local Thermo king dealer that had 22 trailers ahead of me. VERY AFFORDABLE.

Needed a tow. They arrived within 10 minutes and towed me all the way to dubuque!
